Neuroscientist, Educational Consultant, Founder of SEEN

Hagar is a parent and a neuroscientist with a great passion for education. She believes that social and emotional education is key for children's healthy development and thrive. A child needs to be SEEN in order to SHINE. This belief drives both her academic studies and her practical work with educators, students, and scientists.

Hagar established SEEN to transform education by integrating neuroscience and social-emotional learning in schools.

In her research, Hagar is focusing on the behavioural and neuronal mechanisms of empathy, creativity, human emotional and social perceptions.

Hagar is also committed to improving the culture of science. As a team member of hfp-consulting, she facilitates leadership workshops for scientists around the world, emphasizing the human aspects of doing science and teaching social, emotional and communication skills.
